Who Qualifies
You are eligible if you subscribed to a Creative Cloud app between January 2019 and July 2025 and paid an early termination fee that, combined with your monthly subscription payments, exceeded what a month-to-month plan would have cost for the same period. That combined-cost test matters. If you were on an annual plan billed monthly, paid a few months, then canceled and paid the termination fee, you qualify only if all those charges together added up to more than month-to-month pricing would have cost for the same stretch. If you canceled early but still spent less than a month-to-month subscriber, you are not covered. Adobe determines eligibility from its own billing records, so you do not need to produce old statements or cancellation confirmations.
Active Subscribers: Nothing to Fill Out
If you have a current Adobe subscription and qualify, Adobe automatically applies two free months to each of your active subscriptions. The credit shows up under Billing and Payment in the Your Plan section of your account within 72 hours of a notification email.2Adobe. Former Customers: Redeem Through the Email Link

If You Did Not Get an Email
Adobe contacts eligible customers directly. If you think you qualify but nothing has arrived, check the spam and promotions folders on the email address tied to your old Adobe account. If you no longer have access to that address, call Adobe Support at 800-915-9428 to link your eligibility to a current email.2Adobe. Watch for Scams
A settlement delivered through email links is a natural target for phishing. Adobe will never ask you to pay a fee or enter a credit card to claim the benefit; the free months are free. Any email that promises a cash payment is not from Adobe, because the settlement provides service credits, not money.
