Phoenix Metro Area Parole Offices
Maricopa County is split among four offices rather than served by a single Phoenix number. Which one handles a case depends on the address of the person on supervision.

Statewide Administrative Numbers
Two statewide numbers handle matters that regional offices don’t:

All offices operate on standard weekday business hours. For an urgent public safety concern or a serious parole violation after hours, call the ADCRR Central Office number and follow the emergency prompts, or contact local law enforcement directly. Routine questions about appointments or reporting requirements should wait until regular business hours.
What to Have Ready Before You Call
Regional offices carry heavy caseloads, and the staff answering the phone need specific identifiers to pull the right file. Without them, you’ll likely be transferred or asked to call back.
The most useful single item is the ADCRR inmate identification number assigned at intake. If you don’t have it, the department’s online Inmate Data Search at inmatedatasearch.azcorrections.gov looks it up by last name.4Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry. - The full legal name as it appears on court records, not a nickname
- The date of birth, which is what distinguishes people with common names
- The reason for calling, because staff route calls differently for scheduling a check-in, reporting an address change, or asking about supervision conditions
If the person under supervision is preparing for an in-person visit, their officer is likely to ask for proof of current residence such as a lease or utility bill, recent pay stubs or proof of employment, and any receipts showing payment of court-ordered restitution or supervision fees.
When to Call the Board of Clemency Instead
Regional parole offices supervise people who are already on release. They do not decide who gets paroled or when. Questions about a specific person’s eligibility date, an upcoming hearing, or the conditions the board has set should go to the Board of Executive Clemency at (602) 542-5656, since the board controls those decisions.5Arizona Legislature.
