Barton Springs Pool Charges in Austin: Fees, Passes, Parking

Admission to Barton Springs Pool costs $5 for Austin resident adults and $9 for non-resident adults during the charging season, which runs from the start of Austin ISD’s spring break through October 31. Season Passes and Punch Cards

If you plan to visit more than a handful of times, a season pass is often the better deal. Passes are valid through October 31 of the year purchased, work at every City of Austin pool during the charging season, and include parking at Zilker Park’s designated lots.4City of Austin. You can buy a season pass online through the Flowbird portal or the ATXSwims app with a credit card. How To Pay at the Gate

  • Credit and debit card kiosks outside both entrances.
  • A cashier window at either entrance, which accepts cash.

All tickets and passes are non-refundable. There is no general-admission reservation system for the current season.

Parking Costs

When Admission Is Free

Thursdays are different. The pool closes from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for cleaning. A swim-at-your-own-risk window runs from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m., and guarded swimming resumes from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.4City of Austin.
