Prosecutors say the group manufactured and distributed four controlled substances: MDMA (ecstasy), ketamine, MDA (known as “sally”), and 2C-B (known as “pink cocaine”). According to the indictment, the organization distributed product menus over the encrypted messenger Signal and used FedEx, USPS, and other carriers to fill orders. Alleged leader John Parker Roe and co-defendant Erica Collins are accused of disguising drug proceeds as revenue from “wellness consultations” run through entities including Genesis Limited Consulting LLC and Lume Lume Lume LLC, with Roe alleged to have derived more than half of his income from the operation.3Aspen Daily News. - John Parker Roe, 34, alleged leader of the organization and operator of Genesis Limited Consulting LLC, facing 28 felony counts.
- Erica Collins, 40, described as the group’s “executive assistant” and a distributor who ran Lume Lume Lume LLC, facing 32 felony counts — the most of any defendant.
- Timothy Caraboolad, 43, alleged co-leader and financial partner in the “Alpen Glow” line, facing 18 counts.
- Pola Oginski, 41, described as “head of production,” facing 19 counts, including a misdemeanor child abuse charge after investigators observed a toddler at the manufacturing facility.

Roe and Collins also face non-drug felonies: money laundering, tax evasion, filing a false return, and attempting to influence a public servant. Collins is specifically accused of attempting to influence the Colorado Department of Revenue. How the Investigation Unfolded
The probe started in December 2023 after a tip from a local Aspen resident and ran until April 2026, when officers raided the operation’s facility in the Willits area of Basalt.3Aspen Daily News.
