A witness told a grand jury that Rosemary “took pleasure in Rogers’ disappearance” and was overheard saying that “Rogers should have disappeared long before she did, and now that she is gone, the child will be raised right.”1WAVE 3 News. Unindicted, Not Charged
Despite the allegations laid out at trial, Rosemary Houck has not been formally charged with any crime in Crystal Rogers’ death. As of mid-2026 she remained an unindicted co-conspirator.2WAVE 3 News.
