Texas bans certain small bottle rockets and pop rockets below specific size thresholds, so not every item legal in another state is legal here.
Even in permitted areas, the Williamson County Commissioners Court can restrict fireworks during drought or extreme fire risk under Texas Local Government Code Section 352.051.
