The felony warrant that put her in Craig County traced back to February 2022. Rock was a passenger in a car pulled over in Craig County for allegedly failing to pay a toll, and after troopers reported smelling marijuana, a search turned up roughly one pound of cannabis. The 30-day California sentence came out of an incident at The Novo in downtown Los Angeles on November 10, 2023. Rock was at a Tamar Braxton concert when she got into an altercation with James Wright, a dancer performing with Braxton. Wright also sued her. He filed in February 2024 and served her in May 2024, and when she did not respond, a default judgment was entered on February 10, 2025, awarding him $35,000 in damages plus $2,106 in costs.
