When Replacement Is Free and When It Isn’t

What Happens After You Submit
Collier County does not publish a guaranteed delivery window. In practice, replacement carts often arrive on your next scheduled collection day, but timing depends on demand and availability in your area.
If your old cart is damaged but still at the curb, leave it out when the replacement arrives so the crew can swap it. For a stolen cart, there is nothing to leave out.
