One Case That Was Dismissed

Owners of the 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat sued (Case No. 1:23-cv-00251, District of Delaware) claiming Dodge committed consumer fraud by marketing the model as a one-year, limited-edition vehicle capped at roughly 3,000 units and then resuming production for the 2023 model year.
