Why Police Ruled the Assault Claim Unfounded
Henderson filed a sexual assault report with the Oswego Police Department. Investigators found no evidence to support it.2People. The Two Felony Charges
Henderson is charged with two class E felonies under New York law:
- Unlawful surveillance in the second degree (N.Y. DoorDash’s Response
DoorDash deactivated Henderson’s driver account. The company said the “sole reason” was that “posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal data publicly, is a clear violation of our policies.”12USA Today. In an October 16, 2025, TikTok post, DoorDash said it takes reports of sexual assault “incredibly seriously” and “never deactivates someone for reporting it — full stop.” The company said it began investigating immediately after Henderson’s report and cooperated with law enforcement.12USA Today.
