Anyone in the United States who paid for a covered generic drug between May 1, 2009, and December 31, 2019.5AGGenericDrugs.com. Beef Purchases (2014–2019): Deadline June 30, 2026
Tyson Foods ($55 million) and Cargill ($32.5 million) have agreed to an $87.5 million settlement in In re Cattle and Beef Antitrust Litigation (Case No. 0:22-md-03031) in the District of Minnesota. Plaintiffs alleged the meatpackers used non-compete agreements to inflate beef prices between 2014 and 2019.7USA Today. You can file if you bought fresh or frozen beef primal cuts (chuck, loin, rib, or round) from a grocery store during the eligibility period. Pork Purchases
A parallel case before Judge Tunheim, In re Pork Antitrust Litigation (MDL No. 2991), produced an $85 million settlement from Tyson Foods in October 2025, resolving consumer claims that Tyson conspired with rivals to inflate pork prices. The court granted preliminary approval on November 7, 2025.7USA Today. Capital One 360 Savings Account Holders
Capital One agreed to a $425 million settlement over its 360 Savings accounts. The suit alleged the bank opened a new “360 Performance Savings” account paying a higher rate (at one point 1.90% APY versus 1.00%) without telling existing 360 Savings customers they could switch, so their deposits earned far less during a period of rising rates.11ABA Banking Journal. The court granted final approval on April 20, 2026. Anyone who held a Capital One 360 Savings account at any point between September 18, 2019, and June 16, 2025, is automatically eligible, and no claim form is required. If no appeals are filed, checks are expected around late July 2026.12Capital One 360 Savings Account Litigation. Insulin and Express Scripts: What It Does and Doesn’t Do
On February 4, 2026, the Federal Trade Commission announced a settlement with pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts over allegations that its rebating practices inflated insulin list prices and drove up patient out-of-pocket costs. The proposed consent order requires Express Scripts to stop favoring high-list-price versions of drugs over cheaper identical versions, to base patient cost on the drug’s net price, and to shift its retail pharmacy model to acquisition cost plus a dispensing fee. The FTC projects up to $7 billion in savings on patient out-of-pocket costs over ten years.14Federal Trade Commission. This one is not a consumer claims fund. There is no form to file and no check mailing. The public comment period closed March 16, 2026, and as of late March 2026 a final order had not been issued.15GovInfo.
