Who Qualifies for a Payment

The settlement class covers roughly 155,000 people in the United States. You are included if you either received a breach notification letter from Fidelity or had your financial account number and routing number exposed during the August 2024 incident.2ClassAction.org. That class is much larger than the group Fidelity originally notified. If the breach caused you out-of-pocket costs, you can seek reimbursement up to $5,000.
