Forever Flawless Lawsuit: Fraud Case, Complaints, and Refunds

The Forever Flawless lawsuit history centers on consumer fraud claims: shoppers, many of them elderly, say they were pressured inside mall storefronts into paying thousands, sometimes tens of thousands, of dollars for skincare creams and LED light devices marketed with inflated claims and near-fictional retail values. Court filings, police reports, and regulator complaints describe the same pattern across Massachusetts, Colorado, and other states, tied to a shifting group of legal entities that operate under the Forever Flawless and “Beauty & Science” names.1Salem News. The Massachusetts Fraud Case

The most detailed suit was filed in Essex Superior Court in the winter of 2024 against BNM Corp. LLC, which operates as “Beauty & Science” and “Forever Flawless,” along with two employees identified in the complaint only as “Alex” and “Rome.”1Salem News. According to the complaint, staff at the Northshore Mall location in Peabody, Massachusetts targeted a 71-year-old woman in July 2023 and sold her a skincare package for $44,943.47. The suit valued the merchandise at less than $1,000. The centerpiece was a “Multi-wave X-Max” LED light therapy device that employees allegedly described as using “NASA developed technology” with a retail value of $159,000. Comparable LED therapy devices typically sell for $200 to $500.2Salem News. Lawsuit Claims Mall Skincare Store Scammed Elderly Woman

The buyer paid $20,000 by credit card and the remaining $24,943.47 by check, with an additional $2,643.75 in sales tax for shipping to New Hampshire. The lawsuit alleged the defendants split the payment across methods deliberately to make it harder to dispute the charges. As of May 2024, the defendants had denied every refund request.2Salem News. LLC, added Ben Malool and Sabrina Malool as defendants and included a February 2024 notice of a Chapter 93A complaint sent to the Massachusetts Attorney General.3Trellis Law. The Sales Pattern Customers Describe

Consumer accounts collected by FOX31 Denver describe a consistent approach at the Park Meadows Mall store in Lone Tree, Colorado: shoppers were pulled in with free samples or a “free facial,” then pressed with escalating pitches for high-priced creams and LED devices. Staff reportedly claimed products contained “diamond dust” to help penetrate the skin, showed dramatic before-and-after photos, and in some cases told customers their credit cards would only have a “hold” placed on them rather than being charged outright.4KDVR. Two Colorado customers reported large losses. Constance Steen said she paid $15,181 for what was supposed to be three years of product but received only one year’s worth. Leslie Ziegenbein sought a refund for more than $17,000 in LED products after the store refused to honor what she said was a signed receipt promising a three-month return window.4KDVR. The Boston Globe reported a similar experience in March 2021. Patricia DeGeorge, an 80-year-old Everett resident, was approached while window shopping at the Northshore Mall store shortly after her birthday in March 2020, brought inside for a demonstration, and ultimately spent $9,000 on an anti-wrinkle device and creams. The products stayed unopened at home, and the store denied her refund request.5Boston Globe. Skin Treatment Rubs Some the Wrong Way

BBB complaints echo the same themes: customers feeling unable to leave until they agreed to buy, devices sold as “near infrared” that manufacturers later identified as standard red-light products, and no-refund policies customers say were never disclosed before purchase.6BBB. Regulator and BBB Complaint History

The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office confirmed receiving 33 complaints about the business since 2017 and acknowledged “limited success in mediating resolutions.”2Salem News. In Colorado, the Lone Tree Police Department logged 13 complaints against the Park Meadows Mall store between 2017 and September 2021, most from customers seeking refunds after feeling misled.4KDVR. Why the Refund Fights Are So Hard: A Web of Entities

Court records name several different legal entities tied to the brand, including Forever Flawless Enterprises LLC (Nevada), Forever Flawless LLC, BNM Corp. Storefront signage also shifts between “Forever Flawless” and “Beauty & Science.” BBB complaint responses show the corporate side routinely disclaiming responsibility for individual store conduct, which has made it hard for customers and regulators to fix accountability on a single party.6BBB. The Refund Policy and How the Company Responds

Forever Flawless’s website says products bought directly from foreverflawless.com or the corporate office may be returned within 14 days in original sealed packaging, with refunds issued minus a 25 percent handling and restocking fee. Opened items can be exchanged once for equal or lesser value, or refunded after inspection, again minus the 25 percent fee. The policy states that Forever Flawless Corporate cannot process returns for products bought from “independent or third-party retailers,” and directs those buyers back to the point of sale.9Forever Flawless. That corporate-versus-store split runs through the company’s defenses. In BBB filings, the business has argued that customers bought of their “own free will,” that no-refund policies were posted and signed, and that corporate has no access to merchant services at independently operated locations. In at least one case the company offered a free device upgrade in place of a refund.6BBB. Forever Flawless Complaints – Braintree, MA An office manager at the Park Meadows Mall store, Hila Zamir, told FOX31 Denver that the store honored a 7-day full-refund window and a 14-day exchange window, said it had “many happy clients,” and offered to look into specific reported issues.4KDVR. Other Lawsuits Involving the Brand

Not every case against a Forever Flawless entity involves consumer fraud. Forever Flawless Enterprises LLC has been sued at least twice in Los Angeles County Superior Court over allegations that foreverflawless.com is not sufficiently accessible under disability law: Jose Casillas v. If You Bought Something You Want to Return

Save the receipt, packaging, and any signed paperwork. Note the exact business name printed on the receipt, since it may read “Beauty & Science,” “BNM Corp.,” “Bella Terra Cosmetics,” or another entity rather than “Forever Flawless.” If the purchase was on a credit card, contact the issuer about a chargeback while the disputed transaction is still within the card network’s dispute window. In Massachusetts, the Attorney General’s Office has accepted complaints under Chapter 93A,3Trellis Law. Lepere, Gail vs. BNM Corp. LLC d/b/a Beauty & Science North and/or Forever Flawless et al. and consumers elsewhere have filed reports with local police and the Better Business Bureau in their state.4KDVR.
