Who Can File
You qualify if you are a U.S. resident who bought Coca-Cola Classic, Diet Coke, or Coca-Cola Zero Sugar between November 17, 2020, and May 1, 2024, and the product carried the “no artificial flavors” or “no preservatives added” labeling. There is no minimum purchase, and you do not need to have kept receipts to participate.
Tier 1 or Tier 2
The form asks you to pick one of two tracks, and that choice drives what you enter and what you can expect to receive.
- Tier 1 — no proof of purchase. A smaller fixed payment per unit, reported as roughly $0.50 per unit with a cap around $20 total. You still enter an estimated count, but you upload nothing.
- Tier 2 — with proof of purchase. A higher reimbursement per unit because you can verify volume. You upload receipts, bank or credit card statements, or digital purchase histories from grocery delivery apps.
What to Have Ready
Before you open the form, gather:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your ID.
- A current mailing address where a check can reach you.
- A working email address for confirmation and status updates.
- An honest estimate of how many qualifying units you bought during the eligible window.
- If filing Tier 2, your purchase records saved as PDFs or clear photos ready to upload.
Filling Out the Form
On the ILYM Group claim page, select Tier 1 or Tier 2, then enter the number of qualifying products you purchased in the fields provided. Tier 2 filers attach their proof at the upload prompt. Every entry is made under penalty of perjury, so report an accurate count. The administrator reviews claims, and overstating purchases risks rejection of the whole submission.
Double-check your mailing address before you move on. A typo sends your check to the wrong place, and the administrator is unlikely to track you down.
Submitting Online
Review your entries on the confirmation screen, complete the CAPTCHA, and click submit. Wait for the on-screen success message before closing the browser; navigating away too early can drop the submission. Save or screenshot the confirmation page, including any claim ID number displayed, and watch your inbox for a confirmation email.
Submitting by Mail

The envelope must be postmarked by August 29, 2025. Send it with tracking or proof of mailing. If a mailed claim is lost, there is no recourse without a mailing record.
The August 29, 2025 Deadline
August 29, 2025 is the last day to submit a claim, request exclusion, or file an objection.2ILYM Group, Inc. Missing the date means you receive nothing but are still bound by the settlement’s release, which gives up your right to sue Coca-Cola over the same labeling claims.
Opting Out or Objecting Instead
Filing a claim is one of three responses; the other two also have to be in by August 29, 2025.
To opt out and keep your right to sue Coca-Cola individually, mail a written exclusion request to ILYM Group at the P.O. Box above. You receive no settlement payment, but your claims stay yours. For most people, an individual case over a few dollars of soda is not practical.
To object, send a written letter to the court saying why you believe the settlement is unfair. Include the case name (Fritch v. The Coca-Cola Company), the case number (30-2023-01313737-CU-OE-CXC), your contact information, and your reasons.2ILYM Group, Inc. Court Approved Notice of Class Action and PAGA Settlement Objecting does not take you out of the class, and if the court approves the settlement anyway, you still need a filed claim form to be paid.
After You File
You should receive a confirmation email with a unique claim ID. Keep it for any status inquiries.
No payments go out until the court grants final approval at the September 25, 2025 hearing, and any appeal by an objector can push distribution back by several months. Once the judgment is final and non-appealable, the administrator calculates each claimant’s pro-rata share and issues checks, typically within about 90 days. Payments are mailed to the address on your claim form, so if you move before checks go out, contact ILYM Group to update your address or your check may come back as undeliverable.
