Rather than surrender, Brown spent more than four months in Dubai, posting photos and videos of himself in a luxury car, poolside, and celebrating his birthday. On December 4, 2025, Eiglarsh filed a motion to dismiss the charge under Florida’s Stand Your Ground law, which removes the duty to retreat before using deadly force in self-defense.
