Why a Late-1990s Claim Could Be Filed in 2021
The lawsuit landed five days before New York’s Child Victims Act lookback window closed on August 14, 2021. The Settlement
Euringer moved to have the remaining claims against him dismissed. Before the court ruled, the parties reached a private agreement.
