Joint Juice Settlement Claim Form: Payouts, Eligibility, and Status

The deadline to submit a Joint Juice settlement claim form was May 18, 2026, and the administrator is no longer accepting new claims.1Joint Juice® Multi-State Settlement. Joint Juice Multi-State Settlement If you filed on time, or if you were identified as a Direct Payment Class Member and did not need to file at all, your payment is now in the distribution phase following the court’s final approval on May 26, 2026.

Do You Still Need to File a Claim Form

No new claims can be submitted. The claim window closed on May 18, 2026, and the Final Fairness Hearing was held May 5, 2026, with final approval entered on May 26, 2026.2Joint Juice® Multi-State Settlement. Key Dates – Joint Juice Multi-State Settlement

Whether a claim form was ever required depended on which group you fell into:1Joint Juice® Multi-State Settlement. Joint Juice Multi-State Settlement

  • If you received an email or postcard identifying you as a Direct Payment Class Member, retailer records already captured your purchases and you are paid automatically. You only needed a claim form if you wanted credit for additional purchases those records missed.
  • If you did not get that notice but bought Joint Juice in a covered state during the eligible period, you were a Claim-In Class Member, and a timely claim form was the only way to get paid.

Claim-In class members who missed the May 18 deadline are not eligible for payment.

What the Claim Form Asked For

The form asked you to select the Joint Juice products you purchased, enter the number of units for each, and choose between a physical check or an electronic check for payment.1Joint Juice® Multi-State Settlement. Joint Juice Multi-State Settlement

Claim-In Class Members could claim up to six units without any receipts. For anything above six, proof of purchase was required for each additional unit, such as store receipts, order confirmations, or retailer account history.3Joint Juice® Multi-State Settlement. How Much Your Claim Pays

Payments are estimated at either $10 or $25 per eligible unit, depending on the product.1Joint Juice® Multi-State Settlement. Joint Juice Multi-State Settlement

The $10 tier covers Joint Juice Ready-to-Drink (6-count), Joint Juice Drops, Joint Juice Extra Strength Ready-to-Drink (6-count), and Joint Juice On the Go! Drink Mix Powder (7-count). The $25 tier covers the larger packs: Joint Juice Ready-to-Drink (30-count), Joint Juicy Easy Shot Concentrate, Joint Juice Extra Strength Ready-to-Drink (24-count), and Joint Juice On the Go! Drink Mix Powder (30-count).

These figures are estimates. The final per-unit amount depends on a pro rata distribution of the $70,839,813.53 settlement fund across all valid claims and Direct Payment awards, after administrative costs, attorney fees, and class representative service awards are paid.1Joint Juice® Multi-State Settlement. Joint Juice Multi-State Settlement If total valid claims exceed what the fund can pay at the estimated rates, per-unit amounts drop proportionally.

Who Was Eligible to File

The multi-state settlement covers purchasers in eight states, each with its own eligibility window ending December 31, 2022:1Joint Juice® Multi-State Settlement. Joint Juice Multi-State Settlement

When Payments Arrive

With final approval entered on May 26, 2026, the settlement is now in the distribution phase. Any appeals period must run first. If no appeals are filed, or if they resolve quickly, payments to Direct Payment and Claim-In Class Members should follow within several months of final approval.

JND Legal Administration is handling distribution and will send your payment by the method you selected on the claim form, either a physical check or an electronic check. Direct Payment Class Members who never filed a separate claim will be paid using the contact information tied to the notice they originally received, so an outdated address can delay or redirect a check.

Cash any paper check promptly. Settlement checks expire after a set period, and uncashed funds are generally turned over to state unclaimed property programs.
