The Sacramento Homeowner Case

The Pasos family contracted through Lowe’s in October 2022 for flooring installation at their El Dorado Hills home, involving engineered wood flooring, a moisture barrier, and baseboards. Keller Interiors filed a cross-complaint on November 4, 2025, against Ghenadie Iusciuc, described in the filings as the subcontractor who performed the installation.
