Kylie Jenner is facing two housekeeper lawsuits filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court in April 2026, both brought by former domestic workers at her Hidden Hills home who allege racial and national-origin discrimination, harassment, wage violations, and retaliation. Both cases are active, both plaintiffs have demanded jury trials, and no hearings, settlements, or dismissals have been publicly reported.
The First Suit: Angelica Hernandez Vasquez
Angelica Hernandez Vasquez filed on April 17, 2026, naming Kylie Jenner Inc., Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services as defendants.1Los Angeles Times. Kylie Jenner Sued by Former Housekeeper Over Hostile Work Environment, Harassment She worked at the residence from September 2024 to August 2025. Jenner is not personally named in this complaint.2Los Angeles Times. Kylie Jenner Is Sued by Second Housekeeper Who Alleges Abuse
Vasquez, a Salvadoran woman and practicing Catholic, alleges the head housekeeper (identified in the complaint only as “Patsy”) and another supervisor (“Elsi”) snapped their fingers at her, mocked her accent, demanded to inspect her phone, and belittled her over her race, national origin, religion, and immigration status. She alleges one supervisor told her “Catholics are horrible people.”1Los Angeles Times. Kylie Jenner Sued by Former Housekeeper Over Hostile Work Environment, Harassment
She says she was routinely assigned the least desirable tasks and pushed to do work belonging to other staff. After she complained following Thanksgiving 2024, she alleges her hours were cut. When she complained again in March 2025, she says a supervisor threw hangers at her feet and threatened her.1Los Angeles Times. Kylie Jenner Sued by Former Housekeeper Over Hostile Work Environment, Harassment The complaint also alleges unpaid wages, late wages, unpaid overtime, and unreimbursed expenses. Vasquez resigned, alleging conditions had become “so intolerable that she had no meaningful choice but to leave” — the legal theory of constructive discharge.3Constangy. The Second Suit: Juana Delgado Soto
Twelve days later, on April 29, 2026, Juana Delgado Soto filed a broader complaint. Unlike Vasquez, Soto sued Jenner personally, along with Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services.4ABC7 New York. Kylie Jenner Sued by Housekeeper Who Claims She Gave Reality Star Letter Asking for Help Her claims include wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to pay wages, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and failure to prevent or remedy harassment and discrimination. She seeks unspecified punitive and compensatory damages.5USA Today. Kylie Jenner Lawsuit Housekeeper
Soto worked for Jenner starting in May 2019, roughly six years. She often worked alone during afternoons and evenings, describing a “physically demanding workload requiring continuous labor without relief.” She alleges she was denied meal and rest breaks for years, was not paid for working the Fourth of July in 2023, and received no sick pay.5USA Today. Allegations Against the Supervisor
Soto alleges her working conditions worsened when Itzel Sibrian became her direct supervisor in late 2023. According to the complaint, Sibrian mocked her English, laughed at her, called her “stupid,” and ridiculed her perceived immigration status.6The Cut. Kylie Jenner Is Being Sued by Two Former Housekeepers
Soto filed an HR complaint in 2024. Sibrian was temporarily removed but reinstated in May 2024. Soto alleges the retaliation was immediate: her hourly pay was cut from $41.66 to $35.00 without explanation, her schedule was rearranged to eliminate overtime, and her workload became unreasonable.6The Cut. The complaint also describes an incident where Sibrian allegedly forced Soto to stay late on her birthday for a dinner event, telling her, “No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner,” and threatening to fire her if she left. In another, Soto says supervisors denied her time off after her brother’s death and required her to return to work immediately, where staff whispered she was lying about the death and made her pick up trash they deliberately dropped.2Los Angeles Times. The Letter and What Followed
In April 2025, having gotten no relief through management, Soto placed a handwritten letter on Jenner’s massage bed. She wrote: “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused,” and “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”2Los Angeles Times. The day after the letter was delivered, Soto says, she was threatened with termination and told never to contact Jenner again. She alleges she was told she could no longer look at Jenner or smile at her, and would have to “disappear” if she encountered her in the home.7Yahoo Entertainment. Soto resigned by text message in August 2025: “I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me.”8Global News. How California Law Frames the Claims
California’s Domestic Worker Bill of Rights, enacted in 2013, entitles domestic workers to overtime pay along with standard meal breaks (30 minutes for every five hours worked) and rest breaks (10 minutes for every four hours worked). State law also prohibits retaliation against workers who assert their rights or file complaints.
The NDA Soto says she was reminded of may have limited force under California’s Silenced No More Act (SB 331), effective January 1, 2022. The statute makes it unlawful for employers to require nondisclosure or nondisparagement agreements that prevent workers from disclosing information about harassment, discrimination, or other unlawful conduct, and any such provision is void as against public policy.13LegIScan.
