The fund is non-reversionary, so unclaimed money stays with the class rather than returning to MNGI.1MNGI Settlement. Is It Too Late to File a Claim

Who Was Covered
The settlement class includes every person who received a breach notification from MNGI Digestive Health regarding the August 20, 2023 incident, with no state-of-residence limit. If MNGI mailed you a notice, you were in the class unless you opted out by August 5, 2025. The Breach Behind the Settlement
An unauthorized party accessed portions of MNGI’s network on August 20, 2023. MNGI detected the intrusion on August 25, and confirmed on June 7, 2024 that patient data had been taken.7MNGI Digestive Health. Depending on the individual, the exposed information could include names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license and state ID numbers, passport numbers, biometric data, medical and health insurance information, payment card and financial account details, taxpayer ID numbers, patient account numbers, and login credentials.
