Naquan Tydree-Malik Palmer, the TikTok creator known as the “DL Whisperer,” pleaded guilty on June 23, 2026 to one count of felony aggravated stalking in Gilmer County, Georgia, for conduct directed at trans media personality TS Madison. He was released from the Gilmer County Detention Center the same day after roughly four months of pretrial detention, and the court entered a permanent restraining order barring him from any contact with Madison. Under Georgia law, aggravated stalking occurs when a person follows, surveils, or contacts someone without consent for the purpose of harassment and intimidation while violating an existing court order such as a protective order. The offense carries one to ten years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.2Justia. How the Feud Started

According to Madison, Palmer’s attention turned toward her after a June 2025 episode of The NeNe Leakes Show on YouTube, where Madison pushed back on former Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes over comments about dating trans women. The Alleged Threats
Madison alleged that Palmer threatened in October 2025 to attack her at her annual Halloween party at her home.6Out Magazine. Protective Order, Arrest, and Detention
The Superior Court of Gilmer County granted Madison a temporary protective order on February 3, 2026.6Out Magazine. TS Madison Restraining Order Palmer was arrested eighteen days later. He remained in the Gilmer County Detention Center without bond for approximately four months.
On March 4, 2026, while Palmer was still detained, a Georgia Superior Court judge found that he had “knowingly and willfully violated Georgia’s stalking statute” and that his conduct placed Madison “in reasonable fear for her safety.” The court issued a twelve-month stalking protective order set to expire on March 3, 2027, prohibiting all contact including through social media and requiring Palmer to stay at least 500 yards from Madison, her family, her residence, her workplace, and associated locations.7Baller Alert. The Guilty Plea and Permanent Restraining Order
Palmer pleaded guilty on June 23, 2026 to one count of felony aggravated stalking and was released from the Gilmer County Detention Center that day.8Hollywood Unlocked. As part of the plea, the court entered a permanent restraining order with three main conditions:
- No direct or indirect contact with Madison or her family, whether through third parties, mail, email, telephone, or any digital or social media platform.
- No mention of Madison’s name, social media handles, or any identifiers, including hashtags, “@” symbols, or hyperlinks, on any social media or journalistic platform.
- No approach to Madison’s workplace or any event she is hired to attend.

After Release
Shortly after leaving the detention center, Palmer posted a social media video in which he described himself as “banished” and “homeless.”9Primetimer.
