The compromised data included email addresses, phone numbers, license plate numbers, and encrypted passwords. Mailing addresses and vehicle nicknames were also exposed in some cases. ParkMobile said the passwords were protected with hashing and salting and that the encryption keys needed to read them were not accessed. The $25 Cash Payment

The $25 is a cap, not a guarantee. Payments are distributed pro rata, so if total valid claims exceed the fund, each check shrinks proportionally.
