The Riley Keough egg donation lawsuit is not a case Keough filed or one filed against her. The alleged compensation was an “old Jaguar,” described in a handwritten note as “1990s-ish,” and a payment of somewhere between $10,000 and $20,000. The filing also asserts that the arrangement required “sign off” from the Church of Scientology, with Priscilla Presley’s oversight. Who Brought the Claim and Why It’s in This Case
The allegation did not come from Keough, from Travolta, or from anyone in the Presley family. It came from Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, two people locked in a legal war with Priscilla Presley.
Kruse, a Florida-based Elvis memorabilia auctioneer, and Fialko, a Tennessee entrepreneur, began working with Presley around 2021 to 2022 to help manage her brand and finances. The core of that fight is about money, contracts, and control of the Presley legacy after Lisa Marie’s death in January 2023. The egg donation claim was added months later, in a December 2025 amended complaint against Navarone Garcia, Priscilla Presley’s son.1KTLA. The complaint attributed the underlying information to Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband. Lockwood denied it. He told the Daily Mail: “That just sounds crazy. Riley Keough has not issued a personal statement addressing the egg donation claim specifically.
