The RPM data settlement claim form is no longer available. The deadline to submit a claim in Hightower v. Receivables Performance Management, LLC was November 12, 2024, and the claims portal has closed. If you filed on time and received a settlement check, the more urgent task is cashing it: all outstanding checks become void after July 15, 2025.1RPM Data Settlement. Hightower, et al. v. If You Already Filed and Got Paid
Payments went out on May 16, 2025. Class members who chose PayPal or Venmo should have received funds electronically. Anyone who selected a physical check needs to deposit or cash it before July 15, 2025. After that date, uncashed checks are void and the money is forfeited.1RPM Data Settlement. Hightower, et al. v. Lost or damaged your check? Contact Kroll Settlement Administration through the settlement website as soon as possible. Waiting past the void date means losing the payment entirely.
If you enrolled in credit monitoring as part of your claim, that benefit runs separately. The settlement provides three years of identity theft protection and credit monitoring through CyEx (with the Pango Group), covering all three credit bureaus, identity theft alerts, fraud resolution, restoration services, and insurance for certain identity theft costs.2Receivables Performance Management, LLC. Residual Payment
If money remained in the $5.6 million fund after all approved claims and costs, every class member with an approved claim received a residual payment of up to $100. Who Was in the Class
The class covered anyone who received a notification letter from RPM saying their personal information was or may have been compromised in the April 2021 data incident.2Receivables Performance Management, LLC. People who thought their data was involved but never received a notice could contact Kroll Settlement Administration to check their status.
If You Missed the Deadline
Class members who did nothing by November 12, 2024, received no payment but still released their legal claims against RPM over the April 2021 breach. That means you cannot now file a separate lawsuit against the company over this incident. The only way to have preserved an independent right to sue was to submit a timely exclusion request by that same November 12, 2024 deadline.1RPM Data Settlement. Hightower, et al. v. There is no late-claim process. If you believe you were a class member and never received notice, the settlement administrator is still the right contact point to confirm your status in the records, even though a new claim can no longer be filed.
