Sandoval opposed the case in February 2024, arguing the complaint failed to state a valid claim and that partition should not be granted. On January 13, 2026, Madix’s legal team filed a notice of settlement. The deal called for the house to be sold. What the Settlement Did Not Resolve
The property lawsuit is over, but a separate case still hangs over both of them. On February 29, 2024, former castmate Rachel Leviss sued Madix and Sandoval in Los Angeles Superior Court (Case No. 24STCV05072) for revenge porn, eavesdropping, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Leviss alleged that Sandoval recorded explicit FaceTime footage of her without consent and that Madix obtained and shared at least two of those videos.10NBC News. Both defendants tried and failed to get the claims tossed. Judge Daniel M.
