Who Qualifies as a Class Member
The settlement class covers every person whose face appeared in an image processed by FaceSearch at any time through April 9, 2025, so long as the person was an Illinois resident or was physically present in Illinois when the image was taken or processed.4SimmonsBIPASettlement.com. Class membership alone does not produce a payment. Only people who submitted a valid claim by the deadline are in line to receive money.
