Sue Bob White, a member of the White family of Boone County, West Virginia featured in the 2009 documentary The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia, has been arrested multiple times in West Virginia and Kentucky. June 2024: Burglary and a Killed Cat

On June 2, 2024, the Williamson Police Department responded to a burglary call in East Williamson, in Mingo County, West Virginia. The criminal complaint says White, then 55, kicked in the front door of a home and broke a window, accusing the resident of stealing from her. During the break-in, she stomped on a small cat’s head, killing it, and told the victim, “Next time it will be your head instead of a cat’s.” Clothing and other items were reported missing.1WTRF. August 2024: Drug Conspiracy and Possession With Intent

No bond amount or further court detail has been publicly reported.

Possession with intent to deliver is a felony under West Virginia law, and the conspiracy count indicates prosecutors alleged coordinated activity rather than personal use. That is a step up from her earlier misdemeanor drug cases.
