How Much Class Members Get
Payment depends on whether a claimant submitted proof of purchase. Claims backed by a valid receipt were entitled to the full purchase price of each recalled product, taxes included. Every payment is subject to adjustment. If total valid claims exceed the money available, individual payouts are reduced proportionally. If money is left over, payouts increase proportionally, but no single class member can receive more than $50. The $4 million fund is non-reversionary, meaning TreeHouse does not get anything back if it isn’t fully claimed.5Angeion Group.
