What Hall Said Happened
Hall, a 36-year-old influencer and OnlyFans model from the Tampa area, first connected with Hill after buying her son a ticket to one of his football camps earlier in June 2023. During the visit on June 28, 2023, they ran a backyard football drill. Hall, who is 6-foot-1, pushed the 5-foot-10 Hill backward during an offensive line blocking exercise. According to her lawsuit, Hill’s trainer, mother, and sister laughed, and when the roles switched Hill charged into her with enough force to fracture her right leg.5The Guardian. Hall suffered a fractured tibia that required surgery and two screws, followed by weekly physical therapy.6Local 10. She stayed at Hill’s home for several days afterward, and testified that the two were intimate during that time because she felt “very vulnerable” and wanted comfort. She did not see a doctor until she returned to the Tampa area. In a December 2024 deposition, Hall said: “I said I got injured while playing… I just said that I was trying to guard him and that’s how I got hurt.”7Yahoo Sports. Hill’s Defense
Hill’s attorney, Rob Horwitz of the firm Simberg, told the jury that Hall’s injury was an accident. According to the defense, Hall tripped over Hill’s puppy, Chapo, while trying to catch a football. Horwitz argued that Hall voluntarily joined a physical activity and assumed its risks, that she never reported being hurt at the time, and that she waited more than a month to get medical treatment.8Sun-Sentinel. The Claims Filed and How the Case Ended
Hall filed suit in Broward County on February 23, 2024. Her complaint alleged battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence, and initially sought damages in excess of $75,000.10The New York Times / The Athletic. The trial began before Broward Circuit Judge David Haimes with jury selection on May 6, 2026. Opening statements and Hall’s testimony followed on May 7. On May 8, Judge Haimes announced that the parties had reached a settlement. Under the agreement, Hall dismissed her assault and battery claims and Hill settled the negligence claim. The Hall case is one of several legal matters involving Hill. The most significant one still pending is his divorce from Keeta Vaccaro.
Divorce and Domestic Violence Allegations
In an amended divorce petition filed in September 2025 in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, Vaccaro alleged eight instances of domestic violence over the 16 months before the couple’s April 2025 separation. Among her accusations, she claimed Hill shoved her to the floor of a Florida guest house in January 2024, ripped off her necklace and left a cut and bruise, and, in a separate Orlando hotel incident, threw her to the ground, twisted intimate body parts, and pulled out her hair. A divorce trial was expected to begin in June 2026 under a January 2026 order from Judge Spencer Multack. Vaccaro has requested roughly $40,000 per month in temporary support and more than $325,000 in child support. The NFL opened a personal conduct policy review in September 2025 based on Vaccaro’s allegations, and confirmed in February 2026 that the investigation remained ongoing. Attorneys agreed to give league investigators a redacted version of Hill’s divorce deposition, though a court protective order blocks public release. 2014 Domestic Assault Conviction
Hill was arrested in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in December 2014 and charged with felony domestic assault and battery by strangulation against his then-girlfriend Crystal Espinal, who was eight weeks pregnant. Police alleged he punched her in the face and stomach, threw her around, and choked her. Hill initially pleaded not guilty and later changed his plea to guilty. 2019 Child Abuse Investigation
In March 2019, police investigated Hill for battery involving his and Espinal’s three-year-old son, who had suffered a broken arm. The parents temporarily lost custody. The Johnson County, Missouri, district attorney announced in April 2019 that neither would be charged because authorities could not determine who caused the injuries. The NFL found it could not establish a personal conduct policy violation and did not suspend Hill, but required him to undergo clinical evaluation and therapeutic intervention.16Sporting News. 2023 Marina Incident
On June 18, 2023, ten days before the incident with Hall, Hill was accused of slapping a 57-year-old Kelley Fleet Inc. employee on the back of the head during a dispute at the Haulover Marina in Miami. The employee declined to press charges, and Miami-Dade police closed the case with no charges filed.
