Who Qualifies

The class covers every person in the United States who received a notification from WebTPA, Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company, Anthem Blue Cross Life and Health Insurance Company, or Elevance Health stating that their personal information was potentially compromised in the breach.4WebTPA Settlement. A California subclass covers class members who lived in California between April 18 and April 23, 2023, the dates of the intrusion. Governing board members of any defendant, government entities, the presiding judge and court staff, and anyone who submitted a timely opt-out request are excluded. What You Can Claim

Claimants had to pick one of two cash options, plus optional add-ons.

On June 9, 2026, Magistrate Judge David L. Horan filed a Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation advising Judge Sam A. Lindsay to grant final approval, along with the requested attorneys’ fees, costs, and service awards.
