The $500,000 Settlement

In March 2024, the La Vergne Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize a settlement with Hall. She dismissed her federal civil rights lawsuit with prejudice, and the city’s insurance provider paid $500,000 as a gross figure covering court costs, attorney fees, and expenses.
