Where Is Sarah Kellen Now? Her 2026 Testimony and the Men She Named

Sarah Kellen’s current address has not been publicly reported. As of mid-2026, the former personal assistant to Jeffrey Epstein is 46, recently divorced from NASCAR driver Brian Vickers, and largely out of public view after testifying behind closed doors before the House Oversight Committee in May 2026. She has reportedly begun work on a tell-all memoir but has hesitated to publish it, according to sources close to her, out of concern that doing so could jeopardize the legal protections she has relied on since 2007.¹

Life After Epstein

After Epstein was imprisoned in 2008, Kellen moved to Hawaii. She met Brian Vickers four years later. The two married on September 16, 2023, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and she took the name Sarah Vickers.² The couple lived in a three-bedroom, $10-million penthouse in SoHo in New York City.³

Vickers filed for divorce in February 2025. The settlement was finalized on December 18, 2025. Under its terms, Vickers agreed to pay Kellen $600,000 in three installments plus $20,000 toward her legal fees. Both parties waived spousal support, and embryos the couple had created through in-vitro fertilization were to be destroyed.²

Page Six has reported that Kellen is drafting a memoir about her years with Epstein, though no publisher or release date has been announced. A confidant told the outlet that Kellen holds information that “would shock the world” but fears publishing it could put her legal position at risk. An insider described the material as “more valuable for her to hold onto” as leverage.¹

Her Congressional Testimony in May 2026

On May 21, 2026, Kellen appeared voluntarily for a closed-door, transcribed interview before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, which has been investigating how the federal government handled the Epstein and Maxwell cases. Committee Chair James Comer called it the “most substantive and productive interview” of the committee’s Epstein investigation.⁴

In her opening statement, Kellen told lawmakers: “I was trapped inside Jeffrey Epstein’s world. He groomed me, sexually and psychologically abused me, controlled me, manipulated me, dominated me, and gaslit me until I could no longer tell which thoughts were mine and which were his.”⁵ She rejected the media label of “Ghislaine’s Lieutenant” as a “gross misrepresentation,” testifying that she was “a literal indentured slave” whom Maxwell called a “slave” and “minion,” and that she had “zero power or authority” and “was there only to serve and to submit.”⁴

Kellen testified that the abuse occurred “on average on a weekly basis,” was “at times violent,” and continued even while Epstein was jailed in the Palm Beach County Stockade, where she said he ordered her to undress on camera via Skype.⁶ She said she was unaware her name had been included in the 2007 non-prosecution agreement until it became public roughly two years later, and that federal investigators never contacted her or warned her about the designation.⁷

The Three Men She Named

Kellen named three men she said sexually abused her:

Celebrity hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai, whom she alleged sexually assaulted her in the early 2000s in a Hawaii hotel room after she traveled there ostensibly to meet modeling agents. She testified that Fekkai introduced her to Epstein and characterized Epstein as a scout for Victoria’s Secret models.⁵
Former Miami Beach mayor Philip Levine, whom she alleged assaulted her in 2002 or 2003 at a home in St. Tropez, France, rented by Epstein and Maxwell.⁷
The late fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier, whom she testified exposed himself to her.⁵

Comer said these allegations were previously unknown to the committee. None of the three has been charged in connection with Epstein.⁵ Fekkai’s representative, Mark Herr, denied the allegations, saying Fekkai “never abused anyone,” “never participated in any illegal behavior,” and “did not introduce her to Jeffrey Epstein.”⁸ Levine could not be reached for comment, CBS News reported.⁹

On June 4, 2026, the committee released the transcript of Kellen’s interview. That same day, Comer and four Republican representatives sent a letter to Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche asking the Department of Justice to investigate the allegations against Fekkai and Levine, urging the use of “all available tools, including immunity for certain witnesses.”¹⁰ As of mid-2026, the DOJ had not publicly responded, and no investigation had been announced.¹¹

Why She Has Never Been Charged

Kellen worked for Epstein from around 2001 until roughly 2013. Court filings from civil lawsuits described her as a “scheduler” and “recruiter/procurer” who maintained directories of young women and girls and arranged their transport to Epstein’s residences.¹² Despite that record, she has never been charged with any crime.

In 2007, federal prosecutors in the Southern District of Florida reached a non-prosecution agreement with Epstein that also shielded four of his employees from federal sex-crime charges. The agreement stated that the United States “will not institute any criminal charges against any potential co-conspirators of Epstein,” and named Kellen, Nadia Marcinkova, Lesley Groff, and Adriana Ross.¹³ Palm Beach police had earlier sought an arrest warrant for Kellen, but the county state attorney’s office denied the request, citing insufficient evidence.¹⁴

After Epstein’s 2019 arrest and death in custody, federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York considered charging Kellen with witness tampering in 2020 but declined. Her lawyers said prosecutors recognized her as a victim of Epstein’s grooming and manipulation.¹⁵ At Ghislaine Maxwell’s 2022 sentencing, U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan identified Kellen as “a knowing participant in the criminal conspiracy” and “a criminally responsible participant,” a characterization that carried no formal legal consequence.¹⁶

Kellen has called the “potential co-conspirator” label a “muzzle” that made her a target and kept her from speaking out for nearly 20 years.¹⁵ She first publicly said she was Epstein’s victim in 2020, telling The Sun that Epstein “raped and abused her weekly.”⁴ A spokesperson for Kellen acknowledged in 2020 that she “scheduled appointments for Epstein and Maxwell ‘at their direction,'” while denying she knew any of the girls were underage.⁶

How Her Account Has Been Received

Whether Kellen should be viewed as a victim or an accomplice remains sharply contested, including among members of the Oversight Committee. Comer noted that the DOJ “didn’t appear to consider Kellen a co-conspirator, but rather someone who aided in Epstein’s prosecution.”⁴ Representative Nancy Mace said: “If you’re an adult female and you’re recruiting underage girls, you’re not a victim.” Representative Anna Paulina Luna called Kellen and the other women named in the 2007 agreement “co-conspirators” who “got let off the hook.” Representative Thomas Massie said the question requires “an adversarial presentation of facts in a courtroom.”¹⁷

Reaction among Epstein survivors has also been mixed. Survivor Teresa Helm has publicly expressed skepticism about Kellen’s claims of ignorance. Survivor Dani Bensky described the situation as “very sticky” and “complex,” acknowledging that victims can be manipulated into recruitment.¹⁵ Advocate and 1991 Epstein survivor Jess Michaels called the dynamic “nuanced,” saying that while women in Epstein’s orbit were coerced, “there was still some choice in there whether you stayed, whether you kept bringing people.”¹²
